How to claim

Reply to your before-and-after report within 14 days of delivery and name the item. Your quote prices every fix on its own line, so we either complete that item within the timeframe stated in your quote or refund its line in full. No forms, no negotiation.

What it doesn’t cover

Rankings, traffic, revenue, AI citations and PageSpeed scores. Problems caused by plugin updates, theme changes or other people’s work after we hand over. Outages at your hosting company.

Questions buyers ask

Why not a monthly plan from day one?
Because you shouldn’t pay monthly for someone you haven’t seen work. The sprint proves it; the monthly plans keep it fixed.
Will this get us into ChatGPT or Google’s AI Overviews?
Nobody can promise that. We fix the foundations those systems rely on — crawlable, fast, clearly described pages — and record what the answers looked like before and after.
Can’t I just install a caching plugin?
You can, and for some sites that’s enough. The free check will tell you if it is. Plugins stop helping when the cause is slow server response, a heavy theme or an indexing problem: no setting fixes those.
My developer says the site is fine.
They may be right. Every finding in our check shows where it came from, so you can hand the result to your developer and they can verify each one themselves.
Why trust a small studio?
You don’t need to trust us much. You get a fixed quote priced per item, a refund per item if something isn’t delivered, a change log, rollback notes, and our access removed at the end. [Add named client results here once you have permission to share them.]
What if my PageSpeed score doesn’t go up?
Lab scores vary from run to run and depend on hosting we may not control, which is why we don’t promise one. We do show you, line by line, what changed and how the same pages measure before and after.
What access do you need?
A WordPress administrator account created for us, and hosting or cache access if speed is in scope. We remove our access when the sprint ends.
How long does a sprint take?
Small sites are usually a matter of days rather than weeks, but we don’t quote a generic number: your quote states the delivery date, agreed once we’ve seen the site, and the guarantee is tied to that date.
What if my site is bigger than Sprint L?
We quote it after the diagnostic. We don’t fix a price without seeing the site first.
Do you charge VAT?
All prices exclude VAT. Your invoice shows the VAT treatment that applies to your country and business status, and we confirm it in writing before you pay.
